Pictures of all the things that pass my lips along with thoughts, feelings and insights into diet and nutrition. There will also be periodic progress reports with regards to my body measurements to show how effective the whole process is!

Day 15: Breakfast
Scrambled egg with tomatoes and pepper. Bog standard. I keep saying it, but I need to add just a little more time into my morning routine so that breakfast can be a little more inspirational.
