Day 3: Snacks
Mint Carob Bar
Mid afternoon I had this. It's pretty high in calories, but it has no added sugar and no dairy at all. Although not perfect, it's a great alternative to chocolate when you have a craving. This mint flavoured bar is the only one I like. There is a plain one, which in my view is pretty grim, and an orange flavoured one, which I thought I would like much more than I did. I also had some almonds again late in the evening.
