Pictures of all the things that pass my lips along with thoughts, feelings and insights into diet and nutrition. There will also be periodic progress reports with regards to my body measurements to show how effective the whole process is!

Day 14: Breakfast
Handful of pecans. Was rushing out of the door to a client, and to be honest was perfectly happy not to have eggs! Pecans are one of my favourite nuts, but are pretty blood expensive.
