Pictures of all the things that pass my lips along with thoughts, feelings and insights into diet and nutrition. There will also be periodic progress reports with regards to my body measurements to show how effective the whole process is!

Day 9: Breakfast
Scrambled eggs, tomatoes and a cold sausage from last night! Variation on what's becoming my standard breakfast. The sausage seemed even more meaty when cold, if you can get hold of them you really should try them, they are great!
