Day 4: Dinner


Slow braised lamb breast with mint, chilli and sticky balsamic, served with quick-pickled green beans and radish salad.


Words can't describe how good this meal was!  The flavours were incredible; the meat was beautiful and there was a real kick of spice from the way the ingredients were put together.  If this is a staple of the other Jamie's Italian restaurants, I would urge you to go and try it!  This was accompanied by another glass of red, this one was the house wine which was organic, and very good.
