Day 5: Breakfast


Bacon, Fried Egg and Baked Beans, and a cup of tea.


Sticking to the recommendation from Tim Ferriss in 4 Hour Body, I'm still starting my cheat day with a good portion of protein.  The bacon is the same as I had before; smoked from a local organic farm, a fried egg from a friend's chickens and bog standard Heinz baked beans.  Most looking forward to some fruit and dairy today!
